Do you believe in fairytales? Every day we are faced with real life situation, real people, and real problems. But did you know that life itself is the most wonderful fairy tale of all? As silly as it sounds, trust me when I say that believing in what seems unreal can make it all so simple
For quite some time, I was always teased for having a fairy tale outlook of life. Whether it was wanting the perfect love story, my dream job, or creating a “princess behavior” reputation, I was mocked for being so naïve to reality. And although fairy tales are considered very childish, I have always believed that any story can be made real if you believe hard enough. We live in a world of comparison where everyone strives for perfection; so when something seems impossible, people eliminate that option in order to avoid failure. Because in a perfect world… we cannot fail.
Yet, what people must realize is that achieving what seems “impossible” is done by those who don’t believe in in the impossible. Instead, those who believe fairytales focus on success and how to obtain it, rather than waste time thinking about failure. As stated by the Relentless Runner, “Successful people move forward eliminating all negative thoughts and disregarding the comments of those that say it can’t be done.”
Reality is, I have so much to be grateful for because every day, I wake up with the opportunity to accomplish whatever I set my mind to.
Every day I create; dreaming up a multitude of grand projects and working hard to make them possible.
I am an artist that should not be defined by one style of art, but a creative individual who explores different mediums to execute her greatest dreams.
Denim is everywhere right now and especially with the movement of the 70’s coming back we are seeing more and more denim worn on top rather than just on the bottom. I have always been a huge fan of a classic denim jacket, I think when looking crisp and fitting, it can be one of the most comfortable and versatile items that one can wear. I also know that all fashion items have a place and time to be worn. Denim jackets are timeless, but are also getting really unique. The greatest thing about fashion is that YOU get to choose the time and place to wear whatever you want.
