10 THINGS YOU MUST HAVE IN YOUR BEACH BAG
I'm super excited because summer is finally here and with that being said, I
can enjoy the beach little beach…
Like all women, I have to prepare my bag with the essentials that I need to enjoy a sunny day by the sea.
Like all women, I have to prepare my bag with the essentials that I need to enjoy a sunny day by the sea.
• SUNSCREEN - My skin care is essential, so my sunscreen is a must. I place sunscreen before leaving the house and experts recommend you reapply every hour and a half, during the time you're at the beach.
• TOWEL / MAT TO THE BEACH - Obviously, there is a requirement to lie on the sand and enjoy the breeze, the sun, and a beautiful view.
• SNACKS - Always carry fruits with me, for those moments where hunger knocks on the door. Prepare snack or a sandwich.
• WATER - Hydrating is essential when you go to the beach, especially because the sea dries everything from your hair to the skin. So the more water you consume during the time you're on the beach, it’s best for your skin.
• Magazines or books - Reading is one of the things I love to do when I go to the beach. I love to read along with a beautiful view ... and what better than with the infinite sea, right? In addition to having a good time, I keep my mind active and as experts say, it’s an excellent option to reduce stress levels.
• LIP BALM - The sun's rays not only affect your body, believe it or not, your lips also suffer. Therefore, it is essential to hydrate your lips. Many dermatologists recommend using moisturizers for the face on the lips, but beware ... we should be careful if the skin can be stained to be exposed to the sun.
• Hair conditioner - Salt water and sun mistreat long hair. For example, sea salt gradually dehydrates hair strands to increase its dryness. So I always carry a conditioner that I apply for as long as I'm on the beach and they keep hydrated.
• HAT - Sunscreen does its job when it comes to skin care, but a hat will protect your eyes and face. In addition, you can combine your beach look and believe it will give his touch.
• Glasses / goggles - I never leave my sunglasses behind. And not only are they important when combined with our looks, having the right lenses and UV protection reduces the chance of macular degeneration by age, experts say. And they knew that ... people with clear eyes pigments are more likely to retinal damage by the sun so, take care!
• MY PHONE - My cellular cannot stay behind, not for the world! That goes with me everywhere! It's the perfect time to listen to music, read their comments and share my photos. Always protect it from the sun to avoid damage.
Kisses,
Erica
